Briefs: Real Estate, Property Rights and Land Use
Briefs are written legal documents presented to a court arguing why one party to a case should prevail over the other. This subsection of “Briefs” covers disputes over titles to real estate, the validity of purchase agreements and conveyances, rent and tax payments, and land use disputes over issues such as pasturage and water rights.
