This subsection of “Laws and Statutes” includes many orders issued by three Kings of Spain—Ferdinand VI, Charles III, and Carlos IV—about the collection of taxes from the Catholic Church, religious privileges, and regulation of the behavior of priests and other ecclesiastical persons.

Regulation issued by the King concerning Article VIII of the Concordat signed with the Holy See in the year of 1737.

Royal Order of the year 1765 issued by King Carlos III granting the religious order of San Francisco certain rights known as "Derechos de Millones".

Royal Order of September 11, 1764 issued by King Carlos III concerning collection of taxes from the Church.

Order of April 10, 1782 issued by Manuel Ventura Figueroa, a Knight of the Royal Order of King Carlos III, member of the Metropolitan Church of Santiago, Governor of the Ecclesiastical Council and Commissary of the Holy Crusade of the Kingdom of Spain, concerning the formalities to be observed in the publication and preaching of the Bull of the Holy Crusade and with regard to the collection to be taken for this purpose.

Bull of April 15, 1817 issued by Pope Pio VII providing for a special monetary contribution to the Spanish Government.

Bull of April 16, 1817 issued by Pope Pio VII granting King Fernando VII of Spain the power to collect thirty million "reales" from the clergy during the next six years.
