Reports in this area of the collection discuss the constitutions of foreign countries, including the origins and development of those constitutions and the application of select provisions. In addition to reports on foreign constitutions, this area of the collection also includes foreign language translations of the U.S. Constitution from the 1980s, prior to the passage of the 27th Amendment.
